Where do you ship to?
We ship our products throughout Italy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over €99.00. For lower amounts, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
How is the chocolate protected during shipping?
Each order is packed in protective food-grade PET packaging, designed to preserve the chocolate during transport.
Can I choose the pralines in my box?
Yes: on the Create your box page, choose the size and add your favorite pralines until the box is full.
What custom box sizes are available?
You can choose from boxes of 15, 30, 45, and 60 pralines.
Do you make packaging for ceremonies and events?
Write to us using the form next to this message and tell us your idea: we’ll respond with a tailor-made proposal.
Where can I find the ingredients and allergens?
On each product page, in the “Ingredients” and “Allergens” sections.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number: if the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
